We operate with the aim of developing the asset-backed securities market, managing foreign investors’ securities and other possible assets under trust, and providing professional advisory services to help domestic companies reach and develop at the international level.

Brief Introduction

“MICG” LLC was established in December 2009 with the purpose of providing business consulting services. Since 2020, it has started working on research and projects related to the capital market. Since 2022, after obtaining the special license for “Trust Asset Management” from the Financial Regulatory Commission, it has entered into agreements with special purpose companies and has been carrying out activities to manage their assets in accordance with the interests of investors.

In accordance with the Law on Asset-Backed Securities, it performs the work of holding and managing the secured securities issued by the Special Purpose Company in line with the interests of investors, providing investors with the necessary reports and information, protecting investors’ interests, and supervising and successfully implementing procurement activities in accordance with their wishes and interests.

To be an organization that ensures trust asset management operations and fulfillment of obligations in accordance with international standards.

Trust Asset Management Activities

The following services are provided.

Trust management of the assets of the SPC issuing secured securities

Trust management of the SPC’s assets, maintaining, submitting, and presenting financial reports and accounting related to the asset pool of the secured securities

Trust management of the client’s securities and other assets

Monitoring the assets owned in accordance with the power of attorney and assignment given by domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities, regularly sending relevant reports and information, conducting research, increasing and growing the assets, intermediating new investments, and resolving legal and tax issues

Advisory services for transactions to issue asset-backed securities

Advisory services for preparing ABS for trading on the capital market, establishing a special purpose company, and obtaining approvals

TERMS OF INVESCOR GROWTH ABS:

Unit price: MNT 100,000
Interest tax: 5%
Term: 18 months
Interest payment: Every 3 months
Total amount: MNT 50.0 billion
Principal payment: 50% of the principal will be paid after 12 months, and the remaining portion will be paid at the end of the term.
