- Collect research data in accordance with the research project plan and methodology
(Administer questionnaires, conduct interviews, carry out observations)
Requirements
- Second- to fourth-year student majoring in social work, statistics, psychology, business administration, or related fields
- Previous experience participating in research and analysis work
- Interested in research work
- Good self-expression skills and communication etiquette
- Proactive, creative, persistent, and honest
- Basic understanding of research methodology.

Main responsibilities
- Maintain all financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare payroll, social insurance, and tax calculations and reports, and submit them to the relevant authorities on time.
- Prepare and monitor the budgets, expenditures, and financial reports of research projects.
- Prepare core financial documents such as cash flow statements, income and expense reports, and balance sheets.
- Analyze the financial information of investment projects and prepare investment calculations and planning.
Requirements
- Graduated in accounting, finance, or economics (4th-year student)
- Knowledge of Mongolian accounting, tax, and labor legislation.
- Knowledge of Excel and financial software applications.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
